Probably the most important component of designing your home is getting to you know you and your family. I have a heavy set of values that I uphold to such as honesty, integrity, open communication and hard work! The ideal person or family I would love to work for people I can work with that honors these values as well! That is why it is not only important for me to get to know you and your family but for you to feel comfortable and trust me as well! This can be in person, or via Zoom.

In this appointment it includes: Discussion of wants, needs, budget, measurements needed for the space and potential options.

 $125, includes travel

Almost equally as important as step 1, step 2, is finding a relationship with your space. In spatial planning, I take accurate measurements of the space and draw up a rough sketch that you will have access to if you so wish. Sketches include and are not limited to: room size, electric placement of outlets, switches and ceiling fixtures, doorways, closets, built-ins, fireplace, stairs. I take pictures of the existing space for reference as well and basically develop a relationship with the room like I did you and your family. Depending on your project your measurement will go into my CAD system of Sketchup and we will discuss the best course of action for the future.

Yay! If you have decided to continue with Refine and Design Services your Step 1 and Step 2 fee's will be credited back to you! (A total of $250). This can be applied towards furniture purchases and/or the Foundational Package. This Foundational Package includes:

• Calls to specific vendors to achieve the best price possible 

• Color/Scheme Mood Board for your room presented on an Interactive and Editable Google Doc.

• 3-5 concepts/ items presented

• Travel to specific locations- up to 1 per component (1 tile visit, 1 countertop visit, etc). 

• Concept review with you

• Furniture presentation/ final floor plan

• Access Industry discounts for items and materials.

• Redesign, Reorganizing, Repurposing existing furniture

• Any additional requests are welcomed and supported, but it will be charged at an hourly rate.
